Quick rules
- Avoid routine NSAIDs (ibuprofen, diclofenac) if uncontrolled BP, kidney disease, ulcers.
- Prefer paracetamol for mild pain/fever (stay within safe dose).
- Take after food; don’t mix multiple painkillers accidentally.
When to see a doctor
- Severe pain, black stools, vomiting blood, chest pain, persistent fever.
