Uses

How to take
- SR = sustained-release; do not crush.
- Once or twice daily as prescribed.
- Avoid grapefruit; check interactions (e.g., beta-blockers, digoxin).
Side effects & cautions
- Constipation, dizziness, slow heart rate.
- Report fainting/very low pulse; don’t stop abruptly.
